Global Manufacturing Standards

Compliance-Led. Globally Aligned. Built for Scale.

At Crease Group, responsible manufacturing is embedded into our operating infrastructure. We design, develop, and produce through a structured global manufacturing platform aligned with internationally recognized standards across ethical labor, environmental management, chemical governance, and quality systems.
Our production network is evaluated and monitored against globally accepted frameworks, including:

● BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative)
● ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
● ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems
● ZDHC MRSL Level 1+ Chemical Governance

We believe commercial performance and compliance maturity must advance together.

Ethical Labor & Human Rights

All production partners operate in alignment with BSCI social compliance standards or equivalent international frameworks.
We maintain zero tolerance for:

● Child labor
● Forced labor
● Human trafficking
● Discrimination or harassment
● Corruption or unethical conduct

Suppliers undergo structured evaluation prior to approval and remain subject toongoing compliance review. Responsible labor practices are foundational to durable brand value.

Environmental Management

Our manufacturing partners operate in alignment with ISO 14001 environmental management principles.
Facilities are required to demonstrate accountability in:

● Waste management
● Energy monitoring
● Water discharge control
● Responsible chemical handling

Wet-processing facilities - including dye houses, washing units, and finishing mills - must maintain:

● ZDHC MRSL Level 1+ conformance
● Documented chemical inventory control
● Wastewater monitoring aligned with international standards

Environmental governance is integrated into our supplier oversight process.

Chemical Governance

Chemical integrity is a structural requirement within our manufacturing network. We enforce ZDHC-aligned MRSL standards to control restricted substances at the manufacturing stage - not only in finished goods.
Products are validated in accordance with international regulatory frameworks including:

● EU REACH
● U.S. Consumer Product Safety regulations
● California Proposition 65, where applicable

Third-party laboratory testing is conducted when required. We do not compromise on chemical accountability.

Quality & Traceability

Crease operates under ISO 9001-aligned quality management principles acrossdevelopment, sampling, and bulk production.
Manufacturing partners maintain:

● Documented quality systems
● Pre-production alignment procedures
● Inline and final AQL inspections
● Batch-level traceability
● Structured corrective action protocols

This ensures production consistency, transparency, and audit readiness at scale.

Governance & Oversight

Every production partner entering the Crease network undergoes structured complianceand operational review. Ongoing monitoring includes:

● Certification validation
● Environmental documentation review
● Chemical governance verification
● Operational performance assessment

We maintain a tiered production framework to support performance visibility and continuous improvement.

Continuous Advancement

Responsible manufacturing is not static. As regulatory frameworks evolve and global expectations increase, we continuously strengthen our internal standards and supplier requirements.
Our forward focus includes:

● Progressive wastewater compliance advancement
● Expanded energy reporting
● Enhanced traceability systems
● Ongoing chemical governance refinement

We are building long-term manufacturing infrastructure designed for resilience, transparency, and institutional performance.

Our Position

We operate a compliance-led global manufacturing platform built for brands that treat product as infrastructure. Integrity and operational discipline are embedded into every layer of production.
