SANA came to us with a time-sensitive project for their Michigan Madness drop, an official collaboration with the University of Michigan. The goal was to create a collection that merged streetwear design with athletic influence, all while managing multiple brand partners and strict quality expectations.
Create a limited-edition drop that honoured both the athletes and the city. With a premium product that felt authentic to basketball culture and true to SANA’s brand. From materials to fit, every detail had to strike the right balance between streetwear and the culture that comes with basketball , all while executing on a strict pre-launch timeline.
The Michigan Madness collection launched on 03.20.25 and its safe to say it delivered. We developed and produced a full capsule that delivered on quality, detail, and storytelling... Which SANA are known for. From fabric sourcing to final trims. The pieces were worn by athletes and shared widely online, positioning SANA as a brand that moves seamlessly between culture and sport.
